After 25 years working in schools to facilitate individual and social change, I am excited to share my reflections on learning and leading. Everyday Leadership is about the ways we cultivate our own leadership, as well as help others discover their unique power and potential. It's about the importance of great teachers and schools, the value of diversity, and most importantly, it's about what we can each do to make a positive difference in our world.
